Chief Winemaker and Managing Director, graduated from Roseworthy College in 1978 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Oenology and began his winemaking career at Mildara Blass before establishing Trentham Estate with his brother Patrick in 1988.

Following on from this success of of the Versace family dating back to 1950, family members Armando and Dominic combined forces to create their own family brand, resulting in the birth of Dominic Versace Wines in 2000.

Winemaker, began at Trentham Estate in 2012. He began his career as a cellar hand at Buronga Hill Winery in 2001 and progressed to assistant winemaker at Miranda Wines in Griffith in 2004. Markreturned to Buronga Hill Winery for a winemaking position in 2007 and graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Applied Science, Wine Science.

Viticulturist completed his schooling at St Patrick' s College in Ballarat and with a long history of farming in his veins, continued his education at Yanco Agricultural College. Upon completion, Pat received a certificate in Farm Management, and he returned to apply his knowledge of Viticulture to the vines of the Murphy Vineyards.

Began as Assistant Winemaker at Trentham Estate in 1996, following six years' experience in the cellars and laboratories at local wineries Mildara and Stanley. Shane has worked in collaboration withowner/winemaker Anthony Murphy for almost two decades, maintaining the consistent quality and unbeatable value of the Trentham Brand.
